Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery Policy
  1. Make your order through our official website www.nars.my only and complete the order with variety payment gateway.
  2. After the customer selects and orders her preferred package, the customer will be directed to the creative brief form page where the customer is required to fill in the information to complete the order.
  3. Upon receiving the creative brief form, our customer service officer will follow up with the customer for more details and to understand on her branding requirements.
  4. Once the information is complete and clear, we will start to design and the customer will receive the visual according to the order conditions. (According to each project time frame)
  5. If the customer is not satisfied with the presentation, we can make amendments according to her requests until the customer is satisfied under the normal circumstances.
  6. Normal circumstances signify the same briefing information provided earlier by the customer without any new or additional materials / information during the process of amendments.
  7. NARS will not be held responsible for any work feedback delays by the customer.
  8. Once the artwork is confirmed, it will be prepared and delivered to customer according to the project requirements.
  9. The file(s) will be delivered via email or through other online platforms such as WeTransfer or Send Anywhere. 

 

Refund Policy
  1. Designing takes time and effort. If our work does not meet your requirement, we will refund the amount according to the stages we achieved:
      1. 1st Visual Presentation - refund 50% of the total amount of purchase
      2. After 2 to 3 amendments  - refund 30% of the total amount of purchase
      3. More than 3 amendments - refund 25% of the total amount of purchase
      4. There will be no refunds once the artwork is confirmed.
      5. The refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 days upon receiving the refund request form and subject to the approval by our management.
