Payment

1. 1. NARS will only start to design upon receiving payment from notification from the payment gateway
   2. NARS will not accept customers' proposed to do free work in exchange for likes on social media
   3. All the pricing listed on the website will be updated accordingly from time to time without prior notice 

Materials

All the materials supplied by the customer must be in good quality conditions as below:

1. 1. Photo resolution in 300 dpi with minimum size 3000 pixels for all projects, resolution below 300dpi shall not less than 100 dpi in 4000 pixels or A4 size is a standard size for all the picture submitted.
   2. NARS reserved the right to reject the low-quality photo materials submited and requires customers to resend the files. NARS will be not responsible for any low-quality output issue.
   3. All the materials and information submitted by customers are private and confidential, NARS will not disclose the information without the written permission from customers.
   4. If any materials are not enough and needed to be revised, additional charges will be charged to the customers.

About Style

1. 1. The customer requires to tell us the design style and requirement before the design starts. Once design style or visual artwork accepted after the 1st presentation, or accept the visual artwork is present and apply for the following works, the style shall not be changed and revised.
   2. Customers can send any sample to NARS for the following purposes but NARS has the right to reject the request if the work requirement is more than the fees charged to the customer. Such as illustration work.
   3. Customer who accepts the style and hire NARS to design the item shall accept the style of NARS which customer can view from the previous project or portfolio at each category.

Customer Corporation

During both parties' co-operation process, we have the right to stop and terminate the contract and are not required to bear any responsibility on the cost or losses based on the below circumstances: ~

1. Customer shows bad attitude and does not cooperate with our designer
2. Customer's request is beyond NARS designer's capabilities
3. Customers make unreasonable demands and insult our designer 

Artwork Copyright

1. Customer will owe full copyright of the final design works
2. All the artwork creation rights belongs to NARS Branding except the artwork without stated
3. NARS have the right to publish and promote its design standard without customer's approval
4. NARS reserved the right to release copyright on the photo images that are created by NARS which customer did not purchase.
5. All the royalty-free pictures used to apply in the artworks are not copyright of NARS, and customers have no right to distribute, resell or reuse for commercial items. Customers only have the right to do production for their own marketing materials
6. NARS guarantee customers that all its creations are original creation and not duplicated from any existing design and does not warrant that any works will not match third party creation which NARS didn’t know at the time of its creation or which did not exist before the design was created by NARS Branding.
7. NARS will not be register any creation as trademark or patent and the right of registration belongs to customers.

Customer Info

1. 1. NARS collects customer information and materials are for design purpose and all the information will not be shared to a third party. Customer's email address might used for email newsletter email & promotion only.
   2. All the designs will not be shared with a third party before launching or delivery to customer and without customer's consent. 
   3. Customer shall not distribute to any third party for comments and claims NARS's capabilities which it might destroy designer's goodwill. Any dissactisfaction should be reverted to us for amendments and correction. 
   4. Customer shall not share the royalty picture to third party without any written notice to NARS. If anything happens that again copyright issue. NARS will not bear any responsibilities in law regulation. 

Icon, Picture & Graphic

All the icons listed on the website are only for visual purposes, no hardware included for sale, and shall not cause any misunderstanding to claim for anything.

Delivery Policy

1. 1. Make your order through our official website www.nars.my only and complete the order with variety payment gateway.
   2. After the customer selects and orders her preferred package, the customer will be directed to the creative brief form page where the customer is required to fill in the information to complete the order.
   3. Upon receiving the creative brief form, our customer service officer will follow up with the customer for more details and to understand on her branding requirements.
   4. Once the information is complete and clear, we will start to design and the customer will receive the visual according to the order conditions. (According to each project time frame)
   5. If the customer is not satisfied with the presentation, we can make amendments according to her requests until the customer is satisfied under the normal circumstances.
   6. Normal circumstances signify the same briefing information provided earlier by the customer without any new or additional materials / information during the process of amendments.
   7. NARS will not be held responsible for any work feedback delays by the customer.
   8. Once the artwork is confirmed, it will be prepared and delivered to customer according to the project requirements.
   9. The file(s) will be delivered via email or through other online platforms such as WeTransfer, Send Anywhere, etc.
   10. All the sources files delivered to customer are in good conditions with customer approval. If customer found the files is not able to open, corrupted, missing fonts or any other problem, customer have the right to request to resend the files.
   11. NARS are not responsible for production quality and output issue/problem such as in sizes, and colours, etc. Customer shall get final production proof from his production company. NARS will not make any amendments changes after delivery is confirmed.
