 How do customer place order?

First, you select the branding items that you require and make the payment through a secure gateway. After that you will receive an order confirmation notification. Click on the link to fill up the creative brief form and submit it to us. NARS customer service officer will follow up with you as soon as possible.

 

How does the design process work?

Upon receiving the creative brief form, our NARS designer will take some time to study the requests and communicate directly with you if there is any information which is not clear. The studio will start the designing work once the information given is accurate and confirmed. The work will be delivered within the agreed period. NARS will present the first visual and you can study and state your preference. After several revisions, NARS will prepare the finished artwork and the files will be delivered to you via email. They will be sent to you after you have agreed and confirmed the final artwork.

 

How long does it take for the customer to get the design?

NARS customer service officer will confirm the delivery date with you the customer after receiving the order or NARS will follow the days stated on the website. Sometimes if the workload is too heavy, the officer will inform the customer earlier before the design begins.

 

Can a customer give a deadline for delivery?

Yes, customer can give a deadline. NARS studio commits to deliver on time.

 

What if a customer is not satisfied with the work done?

If a customer is not satisfied with the design, NARS offers to amend the visual for a second time. Various options will be given to the customer. Discussions can be held to ensure that the information or requests provided are communicated properly.

 

How many revisions does a customer entitled?

The number of revisions is subjected to the types of items you purchased. Some may include unlimited revisions while others may have up to 3 revisions. The customer risks losing the essence of the original design with more amendments made. NARS can still work on minor amendments.

 

What are the formats available?

The available formats include AI, PSD. PNG, PDF, JPG, and HTML. The customer will receive the visual according to the stated formats during ‘check-out’.

 

What is the mode of communications?

You can communicate through an online chat room, email, call or WhatsApp, whichever is convenient to you at any time within working hours or after work.

 

Does NARS Branding have a refund policy?

Does NARS Branding offer printing production?

No, at this moment we don’t offer printing production services due to location concerns. We may only be able to provide printing service within the country.

 

Will a customer get a cost-effective price for bulk orders?

Yes, please fill the ‘get quote form’ to receive a more cost-effective price for bulk orders.
